Katrina Theilmann is a global educator and consummate learner with over 30 years of experience across various educational roles, including teacher, reading specialist, literacy coordinator, curriculum writer, and coach.
As a long-serving faculty member of Project AERO, Katrina has designed and facilitated workshops and virtual sessions focusing on ELA standards, curriculum development, acceleration, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and instructional coherence in literacy. She believes in the co-creation of joyful learning experiences that emphasize the holistic development of children and the synergy between play, standards, and research-based instructional practices.
